National Ombuds Day

10/08/2026

What is Ombuds Day?

Ombuds Day is an annual observance held on the second Thursday of October to raise awareness and appreciation for the ombuds profession. It serves as a global platform to acknowledge the contributions of ombuds in various sectors, including government, education, healthcare, and corporations. On this day, we come together to honor their commitment to fairness, conflict resolution, and ensuring accountability.

More details to follow in the coming months.
